PRIDE in the PARK - Booth Registration

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Strathroy Pride in the Park!

Pride in the Park is on July 4th, 2026 at Alexandra Park in Strathroy.

  • This is an outdoor event 

  • Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided, booth spaces are 10x10

  • Electrical is not provided, with VERY limited options if required, please include a note in your application.

  • The event runs from 12-4pm. Set up opens at 9am.

  • This is a family friendly, all-ages event and we ask that all goods and booth imagery reflect that.

  • Food vendors are required to obtain the needed permits for public vendor events.

  • Once approved, confirmations will go out in the beginning of June, a map indicating your booth location will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event.

Vendor Fees:

  • FREE if you are a gold or premier sponsor, a non-profit organization, your booth will only provide 2SLGBTQIA+ information/ resources, or you are only giving away free products​​

  • $25 if you are a vendor selling products/services for profit. Payment can be made by e-transfer to strathroypride@gmail.com, please indicate your company name in the notes.
