PRIDE in the PARK - Booth Registration
Thank you for your interest in being a booth vendor at Strathroy Pride in the Park!
Pride in the Park is on July 5th, 2025 at Alexandra Park in Strathroy.

This is an outdoor event

Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided, booth spaces are 10x10

Electrical is not provided, with VERY limited options if required, please include a note in your application.

The event runs from 12-4pm. Set up opens at 9am.

This is a family friendly, all-ages event and we ask that all goods and booth imagery reflect that.

Food vendors are required to obtain the needed permits for public vendor events.

Once approved, a map indicating your booth location will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event.
Vendor Fees:

FREE if you are a gold or premier sponsor, a non-profit organization, your booth will only provide 2SLGBTQIA+ information/ resources, or you are only giving away free products

$25 if you are a vendor selling products/services for profit. Payment can be made by e-transfer to strathroypride@gmail.com, please indicate your company name in the notes.
