Celebrate Diversity, Empower Community.

Strathroy Pride is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and welcoming community for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and allies across Strathroy-Caradoc.

For over five years, we have created spaces where everyone can connect, celebrate, and feel a sense of belonging through vibrant events like Family Dances, Karaoke Nights, Trivia, Drag Brunch and our ever-growing Pride in the Park.

Beyond events, we provide vital educational resources, host information nights, and advocate for a more equitable and accepting Strathroy-Caradoc.

Land Acknowledgement

Strathroy Pride acknowledges that Strathroy-Caradoc is located on Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, Attiwonderonk (Neutral), and Mississauga land. This land was part of the Longwoods Purchase, under Treaty #21. It was signed on March 9, 1819 by representatives of the Crown and certain Anishinaabe peoples. The territory described in the written treaty covers approximately 220,000 hectares. We acknowledge and express gratitude to the generations of Indigenous People across Turtle Island for the care and protection of the land we live and work on today. We recognize we are on the traditional territory of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, the Munsee-Delaware First Nation, and the Oneida Nation of the Thames, all within the boundaries of Treaty #21. We strive to continue to support and uplift local Indigenous 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and organizations.
