On Saturday, July 10th Strathroy is celebrating Pride and we have TWO new episodes of What's The T with Strathroy Pride. In episode 4, Lauren chats with Ange who works with CMHA Middlesex. CMHA (short for Canadian Mental Health Association) works to encourage folks along on their mental health journey. "Our goals are to promote good mental health, prevent further illness, offer treatment, support recovery and provide mental health education in the communities of London, Middlesex, Exeter and Goderich.
